共沸法生產無水乙醇的技術方法,是通過向普通的酒精中添加夾帶劑(如苯),利用普通的蒸餾塔設備進行精餾。由于設備流程和加工工藝的不同,生產的無水乙醇的純度是不同的,研究采用"恒沸蒸餾-苯回收蒸餾-酒精回收蒸餾"三塔流程技術,可使成品無水乙醇含量超過99.8%vol。

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging and marking of the chemical reagent ethanol (absolute ethanol).
The technical method of azeotropic production of absolute ethanol is to add an entrainer (such as benzene) to ordinary alcohol and use ordinary distillation tower equipment for rectification. Due to the difference in the equipment process and processing technology, the purity of the absolute ethanol produced is different. The research adopts the "azeotropic distillation-benzene recovery distillation-alcohol recovery distillation" three-tower process technology, which can make the finished product absolute ethanol co ntent exceed 99.8% vol.
