浩瀚色譜（山東）應用技術開發有限公司對自動頂空進樣器與氣相色譜法聯用技術測定環境空氣和廢氣中甲醇的方法進行了研究。結果表明:當樣品加入4 g氯化鈉,頂空平衡溫度為80℃,平衡時間為20 min,用5%Carbowax 20M Carbopack B甲醇專用柱分離,氫火焰離子化檢測器檢測時,得到甲醇標準曲線方程為y=23 415x+237.2,相關系數(R)0.999 4;檢出限為0.002 mg/m3,相對標準偏差(n=6)為0.5%,加標回收率為98.9%。該方法簡單、靈敏、分離度好、檢出限低。

Application: HJ T33-1999 Determination of Methanol in Exhaust from Stationary Pollution Sources Gas Chromatography

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Applied Technology Development Co., Ltd. has carried out research on the method of automatic headspace sampler combined with gas chromatography for the determination of methanol in ambient air and exhaust gas. The results show that when the sample is added with 4 g of sodium chloride, the headspace equilibrium temperature is 80°C, and the equilibrium time is 20 min, it is separated with a 5% Carbowax 20M Carbopack B methanol column and detected by a hydrogen flame ionization detector, and the methanol standard is obtained. The curve equation is y=23 415x+237.2, the correlation coefficient (R) is 0.999 4; the detection limit is 0.002 mg/m3, the relative standard deviation (n=6) is 0.5%, and the recovery rate of standard addition is 98.9%. The method is simple, sensitive, good resolution, and low detection limit.
